PCOS isn’t something you caused.
It’s what can happen when our body’s signals go unnoticed, misunderstood or unsupported for too long. Yet we blame ourselves for missing the signs.

Struggling with PCOS?

Living with PCOS can be confusing, lonely and scary all at once. Unpredictable cycles, low energy, negative self talk and cravings that don’t seem to add up.
This is a place to pause, understand your body with kindness, and create support that works in real life.

We have a lot in common

Like many of the women I work with, I was diagnosed with PCOS after years of feeling disconnected from my body. Unpredictable cycles, constant fatigue, sugar cravings, and the anxiety of not knowing what was going on - having an answer, but no longer recognising myself.

After four years without a period, I was told that having a family might be unlikely — something that had always mattered deeply to me. I slowly stopped doing the sports I loved, I was exhausted, frustrated, and quietly carrying worries about my future that began to shape how I saw myself.

Change didn’t come from a rigid plan or quick fix. It came from learning how my body actually works, rebuilding trust, and focusing on the basics — physically and mentally. Today, I manage my PCOS through understanding, consistency, and compassion.

After years working as a Management Consultant and Chief of Staff, I have made the commitment to help other high performing women do the same: make sense of their symptoms, feel more at home in their bodies, and build support that fits real life.

PCOS may not have a cure, but with the right understanding, it can be managed in a way that supports your life — now and in the future.

How we are helping women already

  • I've been working with Mollie for a few months. We worked together to come off the pill, I now have a regular period and even my acne has cleared up after 10 years. I haven't been this happy in years. Before meeting Mollie, I spent thousands on skin care, medical advice, all of which didn't work. Mollie helped me understand my body and what was really going on!

  • Working with Mollie helped me feel more educated about PCOS, how to find ways to care for my body and to appreciate each and every success. Our meetings were easy and helped me feel confident in choices I made. Her program is tailored to what is right for YOU and not a blanket diet plan. She takes time to get to know you and focus on how you can be successful, happy and healthy

    Cassandra

  • When I was told I had PCOS, I was so overwhelmed and had no idea what I could or couldn't eat. Mollie has helped me understand how to eat PCOS friendly and without having to reduce the foods I love. She has empowered me to build habits and make small changes that are right for me. She inspired me from the moment I met her - I would 100% recommend working with Mollie.
